Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Texas real estate

I signed a purchase agreement on my home Friday, to sell it for a certain amount. I have since learned of another buyer who is willing to pay more. Is there any way I can rescind the first offer, and accept the higher one?

You are locked into the first sale until you have a contractual basis for getting out. Read your contract or have an attorney explain it to you.
