Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Timeshare Foreclosure

My husband and I live in Texas and own a timeshare in Arkansas. We paid what we thought was the payoff some 18 months ago. We get a letter from the seller saying ForeClosure Complete. There was no prewarning, no certified letter or anything. Do we have recourse?
