Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Need legal advice
I was working and having an affair with an employee, the affair was taking place at the place where we both worked at the time. He wanted to end the affair but I was not happy about it. On one occasion we were out at Buffalo Wild Wings and not on purpose but we ran into each other after a night of drinking he and a friend and myself went back to the place where we worked at and that friend left but he did things to me and made me have oral sex with him. Is that a form of harassment? Should I let it go or do I have a case? I publicly humiliated him after that incident and he has refered to me as psycho. I no longer work there and quit after a month. He is still working there. I cant prove what he did that but to think about still embarrases me and I have never told anyone. He did not rape me.
