Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

sexual harasser is the owner and supervior? Who do i tell?

Work as a manager, the owner is also the supervisor. Wants to give hugs and always askes if i am thinking about him. He lives ina another state and visits once a month or so. When he is here he wants a hug for a job well done. Have told him i feel uncomfortable with that. the he piled on the work load. when on the phone with him he continually asks ''did you think about me lat night when you were in be'', and ''do you think about me''. The structure of the business is him he owns the business, then me as manager, and my asst. then two more poople to do all the other stuff. they have witness this behavior. I like my job as i am highly trained at it, but its becoming more difficult to be physicall around him and now to talk on the phone also. what do i do where do i go, i have told him this makes me uncomfortable and today he want to place a web camera to be on all the time in the office at my desk?

If there are more than 15 employees at your workplace (which it does not appear there are from your description) you would have grounds to file an internal complaint in accordance with the company's sexual harassment policy (if it exists). If that were unsatisfactory, you could file state or federal charges. If, however, there are fewer than 15 employees, your best practical recourse is to obtain other employment.
