Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

I was sexually assaulted at work last night by the manager. They have it on video and I have numerous scratches plus the police took pictures of the markings. Today the General Manager of the hotel (who is also related to the manager that attacked me) called me and said he wanted to speak to either me or my father. I want to know if I should bring a tape recorder in case he trys to bribe me, or if not and he tries to bribe me what should I do? One of the other female managers told the police last night that he had had complaints made about him before by other female co-workers for sexual harrasment and he wasn't terminated or even reprimanded. Do I have a good enough case here to sue the company for them knowing he was a risk and not stopping it? Please help me out.

I hope you recorded the conversation. I think you need to discuss this with an attorney. Did you get a copy of the police report?
