Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I am 22 years old. Two weeks ago, I went to a bar, had more than a few to drink. My friend drove me home but she got pulled over because she didnt stop completely at a red light. I remained in the car and the policeman checked my id too. He gave me a Public Intoxication ticket even though I didnt get out of the car. What do I do?

Plead not guilty, and fight it. See if a jury thinks that somebody's car is a "public place."
