Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My dad passed ten years ago can I still contest will?

I am the oldest son my mom and dad divorced when I was young. I got to know my dad a few years before he passed about ten years ago. His widow has never let any of us kid's know if we were in his will or not, all I know is she and her kid's are set for life. These are his step kid's we are his blood kid's is there anything we can do even if we weren't in his will? She has all the houses and money now are we just left out?

You will have to get a Texas attorney who is well versed in probates and estates to take thi scase for you if that is where your father died and his probate is or was done. I am not a Texas licensed lawyer. Good Luck to you.
