form
I see will forms Single and Divorced. What is the difference? I am divorced - but single also now. Which is the correct one to use?
Re: form
A single will form most likely would be completed by a person that has never been married. However, to be sure, you should have your attorney review the form. While saving some dollars is a worthy goal, you should consider having an attorney prepare your will. The last thing you want your family dealing with in the event of your loss is a will without the formailities required to probate it. If all your having prepared is a simple will, this can be done fairly affordably. Good luck and hope this helps.
