If a man dies and he has three living daughters, but only left two of them his total estate (IN A WILL), does the third daughter have any way to contest the will?

It depends on the situation. If the third daughter was born or adopted after the will was executed, then yes. If the third daughter was purposefully left out of the will (i.e. "I leave nothing to my daughter, x.") then she would have to argue that the other sisters used undue influence to make dad cut her out of the will, or that dad was incompetent to execute a will when he did (i.e. his memory was so shot that he didn't remember having a third daughter, etc.)
