Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Mom has passed away lefy no will and problems have now arised

My moms home was under her name and two other siblings, the oldest there are a total of six siblings. Mom wanted to change deed to her name only and sell home to a sister and that way money would be divided into six parts. Everyone has a home except the one who was suppose to buy it from mom. Mom has died. now older sis and brother are the one left on deed. They do not want to sell home to other sister. Do they have the right to do as they please with moms house?

It wasn't mom's house. By law, it belonged to all three of them. Your mom's estate still owns part of the house. You need a good probate attorney to help you settle your mom's estate.
