ownership of CD
My mother passed away in 1991.She and my stepfather owned joint accounts in various banks including CD'S.My name was on many of these accounts as beneficary POD.Thers was no will.Am I supposed to inherit one half of my mothers owenership of the accounts?

Possibly. It depends upon the exact language on the account. Since your mother died without a will, you may be entitled to your mother's half; assuming you have no other siblings.
