Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

How do you put your house in Probate?

I was told I need to put my house in probabte. How do I go about doing this? Do I need to obtain an attorney? Can this be done pro bono? I also would like to know about changing the deed to my name from my parents name. Please help, and thanks for your assistance with this matter.

Are your parents alive? If not, did they have wills? If not, then how many children did each have? I would need more facts before I can tell you what is going on.

I'm not sure I understand your question, although it sounds as if your parents have died and you're still living in their house. If that's the situation, you are going to have to probate their estates to get a clean chain of title to you.

That's not something you can do pro bono in Harris County, because it gets procedurally complicated. You will need an attorney that handles probate work.
