Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

the time period to probate my brother's will in texas has pased (4) years. What do i do now to get the title put in my name? He left the house to me.

You may be able to file as a muniment of title IF you can show that you are not in default for not probating the will in time. If not, you can agree with the heirs at law and clear title using affidavits and deeds.
