wife died no will

wife passed away three years ago. we had property what happens to property home financed through the VA wife had one daughter whom was of age .. can i sell this house.does it go to myself or does it become part of estate

If the daughter is yours and your deceased wife, the house would go to you. If the daughter is not of your marriage, then you have your undivided community half and your stepdaughter has the other half, subject to your life-estate in the property. In either event, you should get with a probate attorney to get a judicial determination. As matters now stand you cannot sell the property.
