no will mother and father died
My father died last year. did not have a will. the house was under his name only. my brother was the owner of the house he broght it 17 years ago. My mother never completed her will or change the name on the house. she died a month ago. Left my sister the estate. My father had taken a loan on the house 4 year ago. How can we get the house under my brothers name. since he is the real owner of the house. My sister wont let any of the other children see moms will that was not finsh.
