What exactly are the new laws for Workers Comp in 2008? Has there been a change for changing treating doctors?

Insurance companies can require claimants to go to network doctors, ie, a network of doctors chosen by the insurer...many insurers have, some have not..and if your case requires a network doctor...you must go to that doctor
