Moving to the USA with a child
Hello,

My dear woman whom I have strong feelings for has just been informed that her ex-husband has decided not to permit the daughter to leave the Ukraine (the mother has had custody of her daughter for several years). We are both very upset and want to know what our options are?

She needs to hire a lawyer in the Ukraine. No US lawyer can assist at this point.
