Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ukraine

Could you help me with my situation, please. I am looking for a employer who can process H1b visa for me. I have got two diplomas: according to the first one I was qualified as Philologist. English language teacher. Translator/Interpreter and according to the second one I am a nurse (I do not have the bachelor degree).

My question is: do I have the right to make the H1b transfer from the vacancy of the translator (bachelor degree) to the vacancy of the registered nurse (but without bachelor degree). In other words, is it possible to make the transfer from the higher level of education to the lower one within H1b visa?

No, it's not possible to qualify for H1B visa as a nurse because you have a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field. H-1B is a specialty occupation, and a H1B employee must have a Bachelor's degree in the specialty/occupation where he/she works (not in another field).

As a nurse, you can contact US hospitals and talk to an attorney to see if you can qualify for any work visa.
