Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Arab Emirates

if the card is blocked for delay in payment but still the payment is made with all the fine and other late payment fees .

The card is still blocked ,but they are charging membership fees and the amount is not specified any where in the application.

The charge is not standard.For visa its different and for master its different.

The membership fee was not an agreement in signing up process, but the issue is there is no record of it with me.
