Explain the term passing of property in commercial law.

my problem is that i do not have the currently decided cases i need to effectively decipher the courts position on the issue of passing of property in the area of commercial law.ofcourse with reference to the applicable sections in the sales of goods Act 1893

Hi. The information you require would be available in any good law library although to extract the information you require specialist knowledge is required.

An alternative to you carrying out the research yourself would be to instruct a specialist lawyer to advise on the law relating to your particular problem. This need not be expensive and often be a more economic solution. If we can assist in this respect please let us know.
