Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom

Hi, i would like to ask, i bought some goods from market long time ago, like car boot sale, sold them on Ebay to get more money and after come police in my house and they told me, that i stole these goods myself, been bailed for 4 months, now will be magistrates court, i can't understand how they can proove that i been stealing these goods? i just bought them for resale and i didn't know that they been stolen from somewhere.
P.S. They,police, found couple of goods in my house,which been left unsold...only this
