Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Kingdom
Good morning, i have been arrested for intent to surply cannabiss, in my interveiw i told them i was looking after it for somone and i was going to give it back to them later on that day. the officer replied to me that by giving it back I WOULD BE SURPLING is that right. thanks for your help
