Will my puppy be put down for being accused of biting someone?
Going to court .. 9month old pup being accused of biting someone.. She did not bite!

It depends on the circumstances.
eg. how serious are the injuries, are there any witnesses, has a doctor qualified the wounds as a dog bite, have there been previous instances, etc.
