can i leave the country
i have recently divorced my husband, and want to live abroad, does my husband (who is the father of 2 of my children) have the power to stop me? we have no court agreements over custody or visitation only verbal agreements, he is the reason i need to move, as he is emotionally abusing my children

Prima facie your husband cannot restrain you from leaving the country with your children.What is the financial arrangement between your husband and yourself?
