You have rights and responsibilities as a father equal to the mother's rights and responsibilities. The important question here is what is in the children's best interests. In most cases it would be to remain in the home with the parent, be that mother or father, best able to satisfy their needs.

This could well be a situation where you should seek a residence order and if we can assist with this or advise further please let us know.
