refusal by spouse to let me back into home

my husband n i are getting divorced it is in the early stages. but he has said that if i leave to go out in the evenings that he will lock me out is he allowed to do this legally

You have a right to occupy your matrimonial home which can be enforced through the courts under the Matrimonial Homes Act. If your husband's threats to exclude you are real you should apply to the court for an order establishing your right of occupation and ordering him not to interfere with this without delay. We would be willing to assist in this if required.
