i want to will property to my 3 daughters what are the legal implications, i have heard for them to get the property thry need to be willed 7 years at least before i die is this right

I think there may be confusion between your ability to make a gift to your daughter's in your will and a charge to inheritance tax which might apply to the gift. You are perfectly free to make a gift of your property to your daughters but should you die within seven years a reducing amount of tax will be charged on the gift.
