No Contact Order

I was a witness in a case. The defendant pled No Contest and was give a No Contact Order. Since this individual continually makes contact during Church, what does a No Contact Order mean?

Re: No Contact Order

A no contact order means exactly that - NO CONTACT. Regardless of church. If in a public place, such as church, one must leave the public area = i.e. go away from church or at a minimum away from the same room.
