Legal Question in Technology Law in Utah

Unauthorized company email access

My coworker has accessed my email account and sent and/or replied to several messages. All email was sent as me with my signature. My boss doesn't care and says it was to help me out while I was out sick, yet the coworker did this without the boss' or my knowledge until after the fact. Can I do anything about this? It isn't the first time it's happened and I doubt it will be the last unless I can prove it's illegal or something.

Re: Unauthorized company email access

It may be a form of fraud. Make a written complaint to your boss. Change your password for your email. If you do not have one, create one.
