Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I currently have a ganishment happening to me. This is the second time noe that they have been doing this. I need to know what I can do to have the Garnishment be lower. As of right now they are taking 300+ dollars each check and it is making it very difficult to take care of my family and pay bills.

You will have to get the garnishing party to agree to take less. Or file bankruptcy, which will stop the garnishment and may get you a refund of some of it.
