Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

Vehicle dispute

The ex and I bought a truck

together. The truck was in her

name but i'd been driving it and

paying for it since we broke up.

Because the truck was tieing up her

credit, she couldn't get a car, so

she came and took the truck from

me, three times actually. Now i'm

refusing to take it back and it'll

most likely get repoed. And she is

suing me for the negative equity,

does she have a case?

It depends on what your agreement with your ex (or divorce decree) states.
