Dcfs
Can DCFS ask me as the mother to get a divorce or an annulment from my husband? Can DCFS demand that I get a protective order against my husband even if I don't feel it is necissary?

No, but I suggest you give some serious objective thought. Apparently DCFS sees some behaviors which gives them cause for concern. You may need professional counseling.
