Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

The noncustodial parent gets the kids on veterans day this year which falls on a monday and they still have school. the decree states that veterans day starts the night before at 6 pm and ends on the holiday at 7 pm but also before the holiday list it states this If a holiday falls on a weekend or on a Friday or Monday and the total holiday period extends beyond that time so that the child is free from school and the parent is free from work, the noncustodial parent shall be entitled to this lengthier holiday period. does he get them the entire weekend or not.
