Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
I was discharged from a job for a positive random drug screen. I don't have a clue as to how this is possible as I don't take any meds other than over the counter. I have been denied unemployment benefits and just wanted to know if there is anything I can do.

You must immediately appeal the denial of benefits. Get your own drug screen. False positives are common.
