Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
'employment law' i stop working for a business,applied for employment with another business(same field)the application process calls for the previous employer to give info of the applicant's work habits and history.they reported back that i was always late,bad attitude etc..yet that same night they called me with an offer,pay raise,better equipment than before etc....is that legal?

It is not legal for them to misrepresent your work history.
