Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Utah

My brother in law recently signed for paper work that was to be served unto me and never did, he decided to just leave them in a locker and hope i found them. Is there any legal action i can take against him.

No, but you can use this information to avoid liability in the suit for which you were served papers - even if a default judgment was issued against you.
