Legal Question in Personal Injury in Utah

A friend was driving my car and ran into a 3 foot wall. I didn't really mind but wanted her to help fix it. Instead she called her parents and they said not to do or say anything. How can I get her to help fix or replace the bumper.

This same freind lived with me for about 10 months at the begining we agreed that I will pay her part of the rent and bills till she obtained a job, then she would pay my part tell we were even. She took longer than expected getting a job and once she obtained her never paid back the part and only paid her part twice or so. We had a side agreement if she sold my car for about 2,000 and helped me move I would forget about what she owned. She hardly helped me move and never sold my car.

You can always sue her in small claims court.
