Falling trees
next door neihbors tree on my rental house. He thinks because it was a wind storm, act by god he is not responsible. True or false?

Without knowing all of the details there is no clear true or false. Tell him that you want him to file a report with his insurance company. You should also talk to your company, often your company will pay the claim then take whatever steps needed to collect from the neighbor. Otherwise, you can sue the neighbor for the damage.
