Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

Non-disclosure by seller

we found out that the heating system upstairs was not connected to the downstairs of our new 2 story after purchasing a home in utah from ohio and moving 2000 miles. The seller failed to disclose this and our buyers broker knew and did not tell us. the home inspector did not find it either. now we have no heat downstairs. Please tell me if there is any remedy where I won't have to pay for this defect that was sprung upon me. Is the broker or the seller responsible to fix this?

Re: Non-disclosure by seller

All who had notice of the defect and did not disclose are liable, and the home inspector may also be liable, if the defect is reasonably visible. You are also probably entitled to your attorney fees. Call for a free consultation.
