Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Utah

I want to rent out my house in utah and have been advised to form an llc before doing so. However i am moving out of state so what do i put for the organization address?

If you form a Utah LLC you will have to have a registered agent who lives in Utah - this can be any person over 18 years.
