Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

A 12 or 13 year old boy is calling another girl about the same age a "ho" on a daily basis for a few weeks now, through texting and/or phone calls. what can be done if this is considered harassment? what degree would the charge be?

Call the police. They would handle something like this through the juvenile court system. Have you called the boy's parents? Is this happening at school? If so, have you contacted the school?
