Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

My aunt passed away last week and I am the designated representative of her will. Her will clearly states that all of her possessions are to go to her brother. She lived in a mobile home that she purchased two years ago. Her other brother claims that he and her sister are title-holders on the mobile home. So there is no question as to who owns the mobile home. The question is who now rightfully owns the contents of the mobile home? The contents were the personal property of my deceased aunt. The mobile home title-holders are asserting that since they own the mobile home they also own its contents. Please advise. Thank you.

The title to real estate only applies to the real estate. It does not give ownership to any personal property. Accordingly, the mobile home will go to the co-owners. The title does not include any of the personal property.
