family trusts
My father past away in 2001, in his will he created the family trust. Since his death our stepmother has stopped talking to the blood children.We asked her what the family trust consisted of. She denied there was ever a trust. We have found that to be a lie since it states in his will there is one and also our family home she just sold also was part of a trust,how do we go about finding out more,since she threatened us with protective orders never to contact her.

Since she refuses to coooperate, you will have to file suit against her to disclose the terms of the trust. You may call for a free consultation.
