Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

In my grandmother's will, she stated that her home would go to 3 family members (me being one of them). The other two family members are now deceased. I need to get the deed changed to my name so I can rent or sell the property whenever I can and without any question that the property belongs to me. How can I get that done?
