Legal Question in Administrative Law in Virginia

Comcast blocked Verizon service

On June 15 we canceled our Comcast service and switched to Verizon. Comcast created work order for June 24th to turn off their service. There was no communication with them since. On July 14th our Internet and cable TV connection was lost. When Verizon technicians came to repair it, they find out - Comcast blocked Verizon services in the box installed on our house. I called Comcast today. They explained - technician came and disconnected their service, which we did not have since June 15th. We feel like this is invasion of our privacy, because we were not notified about it. Should we file a police report about it?

Re: Comcast blocked Verizon service

No, I don't think that what you've described would merit a report to the police.
