I was a victim of a advance fee nigerian fraud so to speak it involved a so called investor sending a stolen check to pay for fees, to have remittance of beneficiary funds to me. I sent money to said account stated to me. Now I owe the bank $45,000usd the governor of central bank of nigeria. promised to repay the money because an bank official was involved in scam but i have to pay $620usd to obtain a refund form. Is thier a fee for such forms.or is there anyway around this?

Sounds like they have you again! The "governor" wants money to release your money, and you are going to send them more???
