Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

Contract for financing a vehicle

I purchased a vehicle about a week ago and I am not satisfied with my purchase. I want to return the vehicle and pay for the mileage I have put on the vehicle. Is there any law prohibited me from doing that? And, if I give the vehicle back what will I be liable for? I called and they said if I gave the car back it would be a voluntary repossession.

Re: Contract for financing a vehicle

You have no right to return the vehicle. You bought it and the sale is final. If you return it and refuse to pay, they can sell the vehicle (at auction) and sue you for the difference between what you owe and what it sold for. It will also ruin your credit.
