1. Lost my supervisor's position in 2006, two witnesses stated they saw me sleeping on the job. We went to the hearing, the camera showed i was not even present i exited, five minutes before both officers came down to count and the camera never showed when i returned back, but the hearing officer ruled for the administration's favor on the fact that i could have been asleep since i stated that i did not notice two of the lights at the office on or off, but i was not present at the time.

I had a nevors breakdown and it was the same time the bank lost my deposit, i was out on disability but when i came back i filed with the circuit court, they contacted my job and my job informed them that i was supposed to file within 30 days. Pleas i need help, do i still have time sue, they owe me over $150,000. What is the limitation and which code can i find it. The final rulling was recieved in febuary, 2007.

2. Second is my bank deposit made in 2006, i know i have 3-5 years, but i need to know, what causes of action may i have against the bank for the loss of my money?

If filed in a virginia circuit court, could the bank remove the action to federal court?
