Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

Property Residence

Never Married. I was the bread winner. I worked full time. Helped raise two children. I paid for the house payment (listed in his and his exwifes name) for over 16 years (include an additional mortgage) along with utilities, car insurance, health insurance. He was my significant other for over 20 years and we lived together.

House is in his name and his exwife. He left his home to live with another female. I am not employed, mortgage is paid in full and living at his home. What are my legal rights?
