Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

email with stolen pics

An individual that I can't identify has been sending me emails with private, 'personal' photos that were taken by my partner and myself in our home. The photos have never been posted on the internet or been made public in any way. Therefore, I believe that the emailer is someone who has access, or had access, to our personal electronic devices. I have a hunch who it may be based on previous incidents. I am afraid that the harassment may continue or escalate. Do I have any options?

Re: email with stolen pics

Yes, you could diplomatically raise the issue with the one whom you suspect, explaining what's been happening and why you believe this person may be involved, and then request that s/he stop it.
